Last day for full-semester 18-week courses to:

August 11: Drop class for a full refund
August 25: Drop class for a partial refund
August 25: Late add with an add code
August 25: Drop class without "W"
August 26: Census Date
September 6: Register for credit-by-exam or independent study
September 6: Submit refund request (Note: Classes must be dropped within refund deadlines. Refunds are processed by written request to Student Accounts with the Cashier's Office.)
November 3: Withdraw with a "W"

Bus Fare

RTA is Fare Free for Cuesta Students

Learn how to ride the bus! There are hourly RTA trips to and from Cuesta College.

Email RTA for your own personal trip plan. Include where you are starting from, what times and days you need to be at Cuesta, and when you want to leave campus. They will send you back the times and buses you need to take, making riding the bus easy and stress-free.

Cuesta College Police Department

Student Fall Semester Parking Permits:

Fall Semester Parking Permits are available to purchase from the parking permit portal. Log in to your myCuesta portal, find the Parking and Maps card, and select Buy Parking Permit. Semester parking permits are virtual. Your license plate number is your permit so it must be entered correctly. Two vehicles can be selected per permit, but only one vehicle can use the permit at a time.

Vehicles - $40.00*
Motorcycles - $15.00

*$30 per semester for recipients of the California College Promise Grant

One-day (daily) parking permits are available online through your myCuesta portal or from the permit machines in the parking lots ($4/day). Permits purchased from the machines must be displayed face-up on your dashboard in clear view.

You can now access Cuesta Connect through the myCuesta Student Portal:

Log in to myCuesta with your student address and password.
Scroll down to the "My Student Account" card and click on Cuesta Connect.
Log in using your myCuesta username and password.
You will be taken to the Cuesta Connect Directory and can select the area you need to reach.

Use Cuesta Connect to schedule appointments or speak with a team member in a virtual lobby for student services areas such as Financial Aid, Academic Counseling, Admissions & Registration, and more!

FoundationCCC Student Ambassador Program Opportunity

Interested in becoming a FoundationCCC Student Ambassador for the 24/25 Academic Year? Learn more on the Ambassador Website and apply with the FoundationCCC Student Ambassador Program Interest Form. The California Community Colleges Student Ambassador Program trains students to serve as on-campus advocates who educate their peers about basic needs programs and resources available to improve food and housing security, mental health, financial wellness, and more.

The Outsiders from the Other Side" offers a unique perspective on identity, culture, and belonging, challenging traditional notions of national identity and artistic expression.
