Self-Discovery, Choice, and Change

Join us in a two-evening interactive workshop in which we will be exploring the complex process by which each of us has created our unique sense of "self" and identity to date. Begin observing your "self" or identity through recognition of any special biological talents you may have inherited and gone on to develop. We will then dive into an examination of the many dimensions of culture and life experiences that have influenced who you are and see yourself to be. This workshop is intended to strengthen, in each of us, a greater awareness of the fact that we have the opportunity, choice, and challenge to be the "self" we want to be and/or become. Our workshop interaction will encourage a depth of meaning, joy, and humor.
